First thing is to log in to the dashboard of blogger.

Navigate to Dashboard > Layout > Gadgets

Choose ‘Labels’ and alter the settings as shown below.

Follow the steps below to get animated cloud tag in the blog

Head over to the blogger dashboard, same as before. Click on template.

Click the edit template menu and find the following code in the html
